We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for non-personalised, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on the following:

Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty or sent in error)

Digital products or downloads

Sale items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 14-day window
This aligns with consumer protection guidance in Guernsey, which exempts made-to-order items from standard return policies unless they are faulty.
Replacements for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will organise a replacement as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
If a replacement isn’t possible or preferred, and your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the item was:

Faulty

Damaged in transit

Sent in error
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent back without tracking.
